Another beautiful weather forecast for the weekend. We were busy Saturday Morning at the Littleton 300th Anniversary Opening Ceremonies. Sunday morning finds 5 balloons showing up, luckily not at the exact same time. David would have made 6th but he didn't have propane so we enlisted him on our crew.

We were first setting up and first inflated. I moved off a bit to make more room on the grass and waited a few minutes for the others to catch up. When we did take off it started NW so we made a slow curve N to E while the others started getting off. Eventually the direction settled on SE, a bit more E than when we usually travel this direction.

Everyone played low over the grass strip, trees, pond, and wetlands. Bob moved out in front up higher, and when we got close to the W Acton road we climbed some to pickup speed and turn further S toward 117.

Looked like we could head for the old neighborhood or even setup for the Mill in the distance. After crossing Red Acre Rd we found a nice circle that at first looked like it came off Summer Road so I sent the crew ahead. When we dropped in we found it actually came off Red Acre so it took the crew some time to get back to us. The neighbors came out to visit while we waited.
