We had great weather this year and managed to fly all four scheduled flights.

Friday evening looked like we would end up in the valley and possibly turn NE, but that was not to be. Everyone took a right turn and headed for Stowe center or further down VT100. Light winds would make that a long trip so we worked hard to stay along 108 and dropped into the Golden Eagle Resort. Visitors were entertained, manager was happy, maintenance person was initially concerned until he talked to the manager.

Saturday morning we flew across the golf course, making a low pass on a water hazard. Continued ENE over the trees until we reached Stagecoach Rd. Watched Rudi land next to a farm pond and walk around to the road. We crossed the side road to the house next door. Flew out close to Stagecoach to allow for the reverse that was starting on the ground.

Saturday evening we got off a little earlier and flew more NE, only clipping the corner of the golf course. Maintained altitude to keep up speed as we headed NE and across to VT100, just short of Golf Course Rd and the Morrisville Airport.

Sunday morning was a bit strange. We held the launch for over an hour while weather cleared out. Initially started NE across the golf course again, headed up the valley. Then we turned ESE across the valley. Several balloons made landings around the old polo fields. We got down low to turn ENE, following Rudi up the ridge E of VT100. Just after crossing the ridge top was a tree line and large fields. Rudi was down and deflated, we dropped over the last tree, slowed, turned N, and Adam ran over to help us land and deflate. The challenge was directing the crew to find us.
